Occasionally our customers will have questions and we totally get it! Almost all of the answers can be found below, but if you still have questions we can be reached through our contact page or by emailing us directly at info@dreamstarcosmetics.com. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

Yes! We pride ourselves and having 100% cruelty free products! All of our products are handmade with love, care and detail by the Dreamstar team!

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We try our best to restock weekly, but restock dates vary depending on product availability. Follow us on our Instagram @dreamstarcosmetics for the latest information and updates on restocks and new drops!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We also accept PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for processing and shipment of your order. Many times it will be shorter, but please allow for longer processing depending on order volumes and if the latter is the case, we will let you know ahead of time.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail and calculated via the USPS Zone shipping chart.

DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE TRACKING?

Yes! We will provide you with your tracking number once your order ships. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

Dreamstar Cosmetics is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once they have been handed over to the post office. We do recommend you contact the post office to report the issue if you incur this situation.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not at this time, but we are working on it and you can expect us to ship internationally in the near future.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

No, once you place an order it's final.

CAN I COMBINE AN ORDER?

Yes, if you send an email and we catch it in time, orders can most certainly be combined with any additional shipping fee paid being refunded to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We DO NOT offer RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. All sales are final. 

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED.

Whipped Soaps can sometimes deflate during transit due to them being knocked around especially in the warmer months. This is normal and is not considered damaged. It does not mean that your soap has been opened or used. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described (leaking, etc), we will only send replacements for damaged/and or missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Make sure you include photos of the issue and the packing slip.

MY ORDER WASN'T SHIPPED IN A CUSTOM DREAMSTAR COSMETICS SHIPPING BOX. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

We ship using custom Dreamstar Cosmetics boxes when we have them available and only when an order plus samples and packing peanuts will fit in it comfortably for shipping. Every customer will not receive a custom Dreamstar Cosmetics box every single time an order is placed, but you will receive the freshest soaps, mousses and scrubs we have to offer every single time! That we can guarantee!

LOVE, AOKI-MARIE FAQs

What shirt brand do you print on? All Love, Aoki-Marie standard t-shirts, crew necks and hoodies are printed on either Canvas or Gildan brand apparel, unless otherwise stated. Our shirts are unisex with a loose, comfortable fit.

What size should I order? Our sizes range from Small - 5X-Large. The t-shirts are unisex and run a little big, so women and teens should order a size smaller than their regular size.

I prefer I more slender fit. Can I order a fitted shirt instead of a unisex tee? Yes, you certainly can. Email us at info@loveaokimarie.com before placing your order and we will accommodate you.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel? All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both heat press and DTG (direct to garment) printing.

Will the designs fade? Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.

Are there any specific care instructions? Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:


  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

ORDERING

For tees, pillows, mugs, journals & hats: 

Please allow 5-8 business days for your items to be processed. These items are made to order.

For all jewelry: 

Our pieces are made out of acrylic and the majority of chains and pendants are 14K GOLD PLATED (not 100% gold) unless sated otherwise in the item's description.

Please allow 4-6 business days for your items to be packaged & processed.

Do you offer package tracking? Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

Why have I only received half of my order? Some pieces are printed and shipped by our manufacturer while others are packaged and shipped in-house. If you ordered an accessory to go with your tee, your order will be broken up and sent separately.

My tracking information states my package was delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?

Love, Aoki-Marie is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once they have been handed over to any mail carriers. Package insurance is available upon request (please email us with your order number after purchase for quotes). We do recommend you contact your local post office to report the issue if you incur this situation.

My item has arrived damaged or broken, what can I do?

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they are in the hands of any mail carrier. We try our best to package items safely and securely to avoid damages, however if your items have arrived damaged, please email info@loveaokimarie.com with your order number and an image of the broken item so we can assess what the best option would be. Please email us to add insurance or signature delivery to you package at an additional cost.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.

Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at info@loveaokimarie.com for further information. 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order? Please note we print every product when it is ordered. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at info@loveaokimarie.com for any questions regarding your order.

Holiday Processing Time: Please expect a slightly slowed processing time if ordering after Thanksgiving and through December.
